I made sure it wasn't an internet connection issue by updating some apps and it worked no problem. It asks me to open it with the App Store, and then after trying to load for a minute it gives me an error "Can't connect to App Store". Since Mojave doesn't come up for some reason when searching on the App Store, I found a link that should send me to the Mojave download page on the app store. I visited an apple certified repair center in the Philippines last week, and they suggested I might downgrade to Mojave from Catalina for performance improvements. It's possible some bad files are buried in the system-any suggestions for a good uninstaller (better than the Fortinet uninstaller) or what should be deleted?ĭowngrading to Mojave from Catalina.
